Listen and view as Michael Quinn and Daniel Flynn, Seyfarth Shaw LLP, review a couple of the major legislative efforts, like Lieberman/Warner, and also will highlight any greenhouse gas bills for which Senator McCain is a co-sponsor. They will review the current status of California's attempt to get a waiver from EPA to regulate greenhouse gases and RGGI in the Northeast. They will also review EPA's voluntary program on methane gas and look at EPA's Landfill Methane Outreach Program and the CCX offsets program as it relates to landfill methane collection.
