  
Using the Internet, students will be able to obtain the skills and knowledge to work in a variety
of composting facilities. The topics include the Physical Science of Composting, Feedstock,
Quality and Classification, Facility Operations, Marketing/End Use and Regulations. The
course is enhanced with up-to-date photographs, interactive exercises, and online links.
Upon Completion of this Course, participants will:
Understand composting of organic materials;
Become exposed to the various opportunities for composting agricultural and
industrial wastes; and
Understand the full range of composting technologies.
This course will take approximately 25 hours to complete. Individual times may vary.
You must successfully pass the exam at the end of the course to receive CEU credits. All courses must be completed within 6 months of receiving your logins.
